First-person evidence for brokers, underwriting and loss control
Before it becomes a claim.
Bring reviewed field evidence into renewals, underwriting and loss-control conversations. Inspect the relevant moment and prepare an exhibit for your account file.

The hole in the file
You can't see practice at the hands.
The file you use to bind, coach and keep the contractor is paperwork and a walk-through on a good day. We fill that hole with what the work looked like. We do not set the rate.
How an observation reads
- Follow up
Supporting hand near the nailer
The free hand holds the block a hand's width from the nose as the tool fires.
- Recognize
Saw guard visible at rest
The lower guard closes over the blade after each cut.
- Unresolved
Eye protection outside the view
A view of the hands cannot establish what is worn on the face.
From the job to the file
An hour of video in the time it takes to read a page.
1
Recorded at the work
A camera in the crew's safety glasses, on the jobs the contractor chooses to share.
2
One question at a time
Each stretch of work is checked only for what could apply to it, at most eight things at once. Nothing is asked of a stretch that doesn't call for it.
3
Looked at twice
Every claimed hazard gets a second look from still frames, which can overturn the first.
4
You say what it is
The software only suggests. You say in your own words what's really going on, and whether it's a real concern or normal for the trade. Nothing counts until a person says so.
5
Your exhibit
Moments you called real go in a pack for the account file: the frame first, then what it shows.

What we hold to
Evidence, not a verdict.
- Unassessed is not safe
- An empty row reads how many minutes were looked at and how many weren't. Zero is never a clean bill.
- The observation comes first
- Every claim opens on the frame and the clip. Citations sit beside it as reference.
- The underwriter's language
- Grouped by line of coverage, not by whatever a safety app happens to count.
- No worker scores
- We describe conditions. Nobody on the crew is named, ranked or judged.
- We do not set the rate
- No premium, no risk score, no promise about either. The judgment is yours.
